I am a new jacuzzi owner and Phoebe has provided me with exceptional customer service! I am so happy (and relieved) that I purchased my jacuzzi from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle. I am so appreciative of her time. She continues to answer all my questions and does so with kindness and patience. If you are a potential new owner I highly recommend you at least give Phoebe a call.
My first online recommendation. A hot tub is a significant purchase and wanting to help people know about a place to purchase they can count on. Our delivery and the hot tub itself have been very good. (Then, we kinda expect that) What we didn’t expect is Phoebe taking the time to help us start up our hot tub after delivery. Check-in on us to see how we were doing. We then struggled with water care. By then a few months had elapsed, and Phoebe again took the time to diagnose our problem, and guide us through how to solve it. Rushed us water care supplies to have for the weekend. Phoebe’s (owner) level of service and commitment to her customer is remarkable. (The type of post-purchase support and commitment that doesn’t exist). We are grateful we purchased our hot tub from Phoebe. She is “the Nordstrom” for hot tubs. And are wanting to share our experience with others to help with a significant purchase.
