I recently bought a hot tub and have been so impressed that I had to write a review. Phoebe has been outstanding from the initial contact helping me evaluate options until the hot tub got delivered and was up and running. She is always so super responsive and helpful. She actually made a personal stop over a weekend on her own time to try and help troubleshoot why the hot tub was not working after it was delivered. Turns out it was a wiring issue that I just needed to call back my electrician to fix. But through it all, she made herself available to help in any way. Customer service is so important and Jacuzzi hot tubs of the triangle have gone above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
