I recently bought a hot tub and have been so impressed that I had to write a review. Phoebe has been outstanding from the initial contact helping me evaluate options until the hot tub got delivered and was up and running. She is always so super responsive and helpful. She actually made a personal stop over a weekend on her own time to try and help troubleshoot why the hot tub was not working after it was delivered. Turns out it was a wiring issue that I just needed to call back my electrician to fix. But through it all, she made herself available to help in any way. Customer service is so important and Jacuzzi hot tubs of the triangle have gone above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Phoebe and the entire team at the jacuzzi are outstanding!! When we looked to purchase a hot tub last year we ended up doing appointments both in-store and at home with multiple companies/brands. At the end of the day, our experience with the jacuzzi was hands down the most impressive. Phoebe was knowledgeable about both her brand, but also other brands in a way where she was able to answer questions/share knowledge about the hot tub industry that was extremely helpful but at the same time wasn’t putting down to her competitors. She helped us select the perfect model they provided everything we wanted in a hot tub!! You truely won’t regret reaching out and setting up a wet test ASAP to truly experience why a jacuzzi is the best brand in terms of hot tubs.

We recently purchased a hot tub from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle. We are very pleased and enjoying our Jacuzzi hot tub. The Jacuzzi hot tub is an excellent tub with many features, however, the main reason we are pleased is because of the excellent support we have received from Phoebe and her husband. They are the owners of the Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle. From the time we began researching hot tubs to the final delivery and setup, Phoebe was always available to offer suggestions and advice. She is very knowledgeable about hot tubs and has been very responsive to questions I had before and after delivery. Searching for a hot tub, while supplies are falling short of demand, could have proved to be a bad experience – as we were finding with all the local suppliers/stores in the area! But, Phoebe at Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of the Triangle turned our experience around. She promptly scheduled an appointment to meet us at her business in Holly Springs, where she provided appropriate safely measures as we are/were in a pandemic. She is/was very knowledgeable and professional. Never did she try to push anything on us. We picked a hot tub, and from there the delivery, setup and post support was outstanding. She also provided very highly skilled and professional references for contractors who updated our covered porch to handle the extra weight and for the electrical needs. The whole experience felt very ‘boutique-like’.

My first online recommendation. A hot tub is a significant purchase and wanting to help people know about a place to purchase they can count on. Our delivery and the hot tub itself have been very good. (Then, we kinda expect that) What we didn’t expect is Phoebe taking the time to help us start up our hot tub after delivery. Check-in on us to see how we were doing. We then struggled with water care. By then a few months had elapsed, and Phoebe again took the time to diagnose our problem, and guide us through how to solve it. Rushed us water care supplies to have for the weekend. Phoebe’s (owner) level of service and commitment to her customer is remarkable. (The type of post-purchase support and commitment that doesn’t exist). We are grateful we purchased our hot tub from Phoebe. She is “the Nordstrom” for hot tubs. And are wanting to share our experience with others to help with a significant purchase.

They told us the available tubs coming in when, we made a deposit, and the tub came in when they said. The installation was flawless, and Phoebe was a great help in the first few days getting us going, even responding on evenings and weekends. And the tub itself (J-435) is amazing!

We went to look at the hot tubs at Jacuzzi H.T. of the T. and were impressed with Phoebe’s knowledge and experience. We ordered our tub from her and it took a little bit of time (Pandemic/supply chain issues), but Phoebe kept us posted all along the way. She was right on the money as far as the delivery date.
We were having problems with the chemicals and the water. She came to our house and helped us get it set up and knew exactly what to do. She is professional, kind, and SUPER helpful!
